Your Mission
  • You analyze samples using ELISA and qPCR, if necessary also under a manual microscope or with an automated microscope including connected artificial intelligence
  • You continuously challenge our laboratory processes and methods, e.g. with regard to throughput times, customer orientation, quality and costs
  • You check and improve the quality of our processes
  • You play a key role in the development of new laboratory tests 
  • You prepare findings
  • You are analytical, structured, think big and scalable
Your Profile
  • You have successfully completed biological or veterinary training or a degree in this field
  • You have extensive knowledge of laboratory work
  • You are ready to tackle challenges and have a fast learning curve
  • You are a pragmatic "doer" with strong implementation skills and a hands-on mentality
  • You are a team player and have a self-confident demeanor
  • You work independently and on your own responsibility
  • You speak German or English at B2 level
  • You have an affinity for numbers, are analytical and proficient in Excel

About us

vetevo creates better acces to pet health and nutrition. With our in-house lab in Teltow and office in Berlin, we develop proprietary lab tests and app features that solve everyday health and nutrition issues for hundreds of thousands of dogs, cats and horses. 


With our team of biologists, veterinarians, laboratory technicians and engineers we've build our own lab soft- and hardware to create unprecedented precision, speed and scalability. In our in-house laboratory, we analyze several hundred samples from dogs, horses and cats every day for worms, allergies and DNA.

To do so, we send our customers test kits for collecting the samples at home. This can be sent to our laboratory free of charge with the prepaid label. After receipt in our laboratory, they are immediately analyzed and the results, as well as recommendations, are made available via app and email.

Through a unique combination of veterinary expertise, intuitive design and cutting-edge technology, we are completely redefining veterinary medicine and shaking up the long-established structures of a 25 billion EUR industry.

Deine Mission
  • Du analysierst Proben mittels ELISA und qPCR, gegebenenfalls auch unter dem manuellen Mikroskop oder mit dem automatischen Mikroskop inkl. angeschlossener künstlicher Intelligenz
  • Du challengst laufend unsere Labor-Prozesse und -Methoden, bspw. in Hinblick auf Durchlaufzeiten, Kundenorientierung, Qualität und Kosten
  • Du prüfst und verbesserst die Qualität unserer Prozesse
  • Du wirkst maßgebend an der Entwicklung neuer Labortests mit 
  • Du erstellst Befunde
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert, denkst groß und skalierbar
Dein Profil
  • Du hast eine biologische oder veterinärmedizinische Ausbildung oder ein Studium in dieser Richtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du verfügst über umfassendes Wissen in der Laborarbeit
  • Du bist bereit, Herausforderungen anzugehen und weist eine schnelle Lernkurve auf
  • Du bist ein umsetzungsstarker pragmatischer “Macher” und verfügst über eine hands-on Mentalität
  • Du bist teamfähig und besitzt ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich
  • Du sprichst Deutsch oder Englisch auf B2 Level
  • Du bist zahlenaffin, analytisch und beherrschst Excel

Über uns
vetevo macht den Zugang zu Tiergesundheit und - Ernährung einfach. Mit unserem hauseigenen Labor in Teltow und Büro in Berlin entwickeln wir eigene Labortests und App-Features, mit denen wir alltägliche Themen rund um Gesundheit und Ernährung für hunderttausende Hunde, Katzen und Pferde lösen. 

Mit unserem Team bestehend aus Biologen, Laboranten und Engineers erweitern wir laufend unsere eigene Labor Soft- und Hardware, um höchste Präzision, Schnelligkeit und Skalierbarkeit zu erreichen. Nach Eingang in unserem Labor werden die Proben ​umgehend analysiert und die Ergebnisse sowie Empfehlungen per App und E-Mail zur Verfügung gestellt.
