Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für unseren B2B Vertrieb und Kundenakquise. Du arbeitest vor allem im direkten outbound Sales als auch in Begleitung von Bestandspartnern und baust mit uns gemeinsam den Markt weiter aus.
Deine Mission
- Eigenständige Identifikation und Ansprache neuer B2B-Partner (z. B. Tierärzte, Tierheilpraktiker, Labore, Züchter, Hundeschulen, Fachhändler)
- Telefonische und schriftliche Kontaktaufnahme, aktives Nachfassen und Aufbau nachhaltiger Beziehungen
- Erstellung, Verhandlung und Abschluss von Angeboten und Verträgen
- Reaktivierung und Betreuung bestehender Partnerbeziehungen
- Pflege des Vertriebsprozesses inkl. Angebots- und Auftragsmanagement, Rechnungsstellung und Koordination von Lieferungen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines strukturierten Vertriebskonzepts zur Erschließung neuer Marktsegmente und zum Ausbau des Partnernetzwerks
- Betreuung von potenziellen Großkunden und Begleitung dieser durch den gesamten Entscheidungsprozess

- Du bist ein umsetztungsstarker pragmatischer “Macher” und verfügst über eine hands-on Mentalität
- Du hast eine Vertriebsaffinität und Freude am aktiven Kundenkontakt
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und gewissenhaft
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch
- Du hast Kenntnisse in der Labordiagnostik

With our in-house laboratory in Teltow and office in Berlin, we develop our own laboratory tests and software solutions that make diagnostics faster, more precise and more accessible. This is how we solve everyday health issues for hundreds of thousands of dogs, cats and horses.
With our interdisciplinary team of biologists, laboratory technicians, veterinarians and engineers, we are continuously developing our own laboratory software and hardware. Using automation and modern technologies, we analyze hundreds of samples daily for worms, intolerances and genetic traits.
Our modern process, from sample collection to findings, makes diagnostics faster, more cost-efficient and traceable for our customers at all times. Our customers receive test kits for taking samples at home, which they can send to our laboratory free of charge. The analysis is carried out immediately and the results with individual recommendations are available digitally - via app and email. Our sophisticated and self-explanatory products thus relieve the burden on veterinary practices and offer pet owners a direct, easy-to-understand solution.
