Deine Mission
- Du bearbeitest eingehende Proben zuverlässig und strukturiert, von der Probenannahme über Probenaufbereitung bis hin zur Analyse.
- Du arbeitest in der mikrobiologischen Routinediagnostik mit, das umfasst Sedimentation, Parasitologie, Mikroskopie, ELISA und PCR.
- Du stellst sicher, dass Ergebnisse belastbar, reproduzierbar und sauber dokumentiert sind. Dafür führst du Qualitätskontrollen durch, arbeitest nach SOPs und gehst sorgfältig mit Kontrollwerten, Grenzbereichen und auffälligen Ergebnissen um.
- Du erkennst im Laboralltag, wenn Prozesse nicht stabil laufen, und bringst konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge ein. Ziel ist, Abläufe einfacher, sicherer, schneller und skalierbarer zu machen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Laborbereichen und angrenzenden Teams zusammen, damit Probenfluss, Durchlaufzeiten und Ergebnisqualität zuverlässig funktionieren.
- Du unterstützt dabei, SLAs einzuhalten und Proben termingerecht in hoher Qualität zu bearbeiten - auch dann, wenn viele Proben gleichzeitig anfallen.
Dein Profil
- Du kannst 10-20h/ Woche zu folgenden Zeiten arbeiten: Mo-Fr 08:30 bis 13:00 Uhr.
- Du hast erste praktische Laborerfahrung und fühlst dich im Routinebetrieb wohl. Erfahrung mit vielen Proben pro Tag ist ein großer Pluspunkt.
- Du arbeitest sauber, konzentriert und zuverlässig - auch bei hohem Probenaufkommen.
- Du verstehst, dass gute Diagnostik nicht nur aus der einzelnen Analyse besteht, sondern aus stabilen Prozessen, sauberer Dokumentation, Qualitätskontrollen und reproduzierbaren Ergebnissen.
- Du hast Lust, nicht nur nach Anleitung zu arbeiten, sondern Prozesse mitzudenken und aktiv zu verbessern.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, verantwortungsbewusst und lösungsorientiert.
- Du kannst dich gut in ein Team einbringen und kommunizierst klar, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert, unklar ist oder verbessert werden sollte.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
